We are collaborating in a virtual office to bring water cooler conversations back to a remote environment. Twice a year we meet up in person to spend a few days together to hang out and plan the next steps.
If you’re looking for a place that nurtures a strong remote culture, you’ve come to the right place. We hire for openness, willingness to learn, and a curious nature. If you like to work in teams that value great work over loud voices, get in touch.
We firmly believe that developing great products that people love is not only something we can be proud of as a team, but also leads to success.
If you accomplish something great, we celebrate! We talk about small and big wins in our team meetings. Appreciation for us also means being accountable and caring about the well-being of others.
Everybody has a voice. Everybody’s ideas are valued equally. We believe that finding the best solution is more important than being right as an individual.
Less is often better, so we don’t overcomplicate tasks. If something feels complex, it often is not the best solution. Simplicity is scalable.
We are curious by nature and not afraid to challenge ourselves. There are no stupid questions. We welcome diversity.
Challenge the status quo. Take risks that can have an impact on the entire company. The best solution to problems is not always what has worked well in the past.
We like to move fast. The whole recruiting process can be done in a few days.
We don’t require a cover letter, but if you feel there is something in particular that we should look into, it would be great if you state this in your application.
Once we receive your application, we will review it as quickly as possible. If your profile meets our requirements, we will contact you straight away. If it doesn't, you will also receive feedback from us. Promise.
The recruitment process consists of a short call with our Head of People and 2 virtual meetings with the team and founders. You will get all the details during our first interaction.
We will go through a project of yours together (you choose the project you want to show and discuss) or ask you to do a case study. Also, we definitely want you to be ready to discuss your experiences.
Depending on the role, we may ask you to provide us with reference contacts so we can review them before making a final offer.
